The free fall in capacity reduction in not as a result of maintenance. Flair has two birds in heavy maintenance; C-FFLC , a -800 has been in Tucson since Oct 11 and C-FLEJ, a Max 8, has been at KF Aerospace since Oct 11 as well. The problem is utilization. They managed just 7hrs and 4 mins per tail ...
