KNZ - The management team at Canwest is top notch, they work extremely hard to ensure they look after their employees. With that being said they have high expectations of their people as well. I have seen different platforms with people making bash posts about the management and it is disappointing...

Try to get a pipeline job or something pic. Going straight to 705 fo will bottleneck you when it comes time to upgrade to left seat and you still don't have atpl requirements
