WestJet used to have limited service to ybr but pulled out when they started to redo the runway. There were plans to go back one day, but i haven't heard anything lately. I know the Mayor has issued a statement before saying WestJet was returning but that was un true and WestJet made the paper apoli...

200 series hold 125 and the 700 series holds 136 (used to be 140 before re-config.)

We don't have too many 200's left as they are slowly being replaced by 700's so I don't see them ever having winglets.

I wasn't trying to be rude. No one ever said that the flight is almost sold out at the highest fare level. They move up depening on seats and what day it is. The highest fare level is 2 days in advance. There could be 50 seats left and that's the level it's at. The website sometimes offerers last mi...

Explain how there will be more seats added to the 800 if it has the same config are the 700's now. We took seats out of the 700's to add more room. If the 800's hold 150 but with a new config it will hold 167...sounds to me like there will be less room?

Blastor, I'm not too sure HOW many people have explained fare structures to you and you still don't understand. You need to book in ADVANCE. Please listen, everyone else seems to get it.

Our 200's hold 125. The 700's are now re-configured so they hold 136 and a few years ago we had leased 2 800's from Delta and then held 145, so I'm guessing that will stay the same!

I know with WestJet, only employees and tc are susposed to, but I've seen pilots let family member sit up there. I guess it's their final call.

Blastor, I think everyone answered the question for you. It's all based on when you book, there are 6 different fare leverl with a certain amount of seats available at each level. You just need to be flexiable and book ahead WestJet doesn't have standby...don't know why. But out last minute fare is ...

Where did you get those prices from? Don't forget WestJet bases it's booking on as far advance notice as possible and if you compare same day booking with WestJet and Aircanada. WestJet is at least $300 cheaper. Trust me, I hear people complain about Air canada's prices all day

First of all it's 20% of the profit given out for profit sharing. WestJet matches you dollar for dollar with the ESP program. Uniforms are fully paid for by the company. It is standby travel and it is super cheap and you get flight benefits the day you start, not 3-6 months later. So I don't know wh...

I wish I had been warned. He goes to work and kisses the ass of people he doesn't like to make them happy, and then comes home to me and makes the person he likes unhappy by complaining. What's the deal with that?

Just to clear something up. If your mother was delayed for 3 hours due to maintaince then she would have received a future credit as well as a meal voucher. If the delay was to weather then no comp is given as that is not controlable. Sure WestJet isn't prefect but we sure get thanked a lot even aft...

WestJet has interline agreements with almost every airline except Air Canada. So if your working for a scheduled airline (not chartered) then you should be able to apply for passes.

CSA's start out at $10.16 an hour plus all the benefits and trust me, those add up to a pretty good cheque.
