Nonsense. I started flying at 18 as did several friends. The part about insurance is especially BS. I was flying a $1M airplane before I could rent a car. Just show up work hard and act professional. Hi
For context, I’m currently 18 years old, and about half-way to finishing my CPL.
I was told recently that many employers would not hire a pilot in their teens, whether that be for insurance or other reasons. Just wondering if anybody knows how much truth there is to this? Thanks!
