Re: Falsified Chief pilot application

thanks for all the comments guys, since all of you don't think falsifying an application to become a chief pilot doesn't mean a whole lot why do we even have an entity called Transport Canada, we might as well roam and do as we please. I can assure you this gentleman is very upset to find out his n...

Re: Falsified Chief pilot application

I'm no lawyer -- something like loss of life might have no limitation but all you can do is pay your $500 and get legal advice -- PS -- TC would have nothing to do with this -- thanks for all the comments guys, since all of you don't think falsifying an application to become a chief pilot doesn't m...

Re: Falsified Chief pilot application

Pre CARS -- no exam -- no interview -- application and a resume to TC just to prove you had the required experience -- basically below or above 12500 -- same for DFO -- even if there were interest I'm sure statue of limitations has expired and if there were no issues such as lawsuits and accidents ...

This was the old charter class 9-4 licence for day/night vfr-ifr operations using aircraft below 12....

Falsified Chief pilot application

What would be the consequences from TC if a retired pilot found out they were a chief pilot of small air service without their knowing that they were the chief pilot. Mind you this happened years ago but just found out now, that the then air service which no longer is active but the owner of that ai...

Why don't they just stack us all horizontally and sedate us... just like in the Fifth Element. Just think, maximum use of vertical space, no worries about terrorists, no need for meals or in-flight entertainment, and a solid defined area of personal space. I couldn't stop laughing when I read this ...
