North Cariboo Single Engine

Saw their BE20 land 25 in Calgary this morning with the number one fan cut-off. They mentioned it was a fire indication. Assuming it was the photo sensor issuing a false indication when wet.

Anyone know some fact on this event.

Re: Saskatoon Airline ordered to reinstate dismissed pilot

Well Said Mr. Style. I have no direct knowledge on either side of this story, but your view seem well grounded and fairly compiled. No matter how it happened, the current state of affairs dictates a formal relationship between management and employees. This relationship hopefully will allow a stable...

Ya I'm in Calgary. Heard about it the old fashioned way. Knew a guy who knew a guy who once talked to a girl that fixed a car for a guy...

That sort of thing.

Well, to stir the Sh#t,

Don't be such a cheap ass prick, and pay the company what you promised. Or, if you haven't signed anything yet, I would advise against it unless you are sleeping with the boss's daughter.

To my knowledge, all jet aircraft will only publish balanced field numbers. They do not give you take-off distance or Accelerate Stop, only balanced field. When conducting commercial operations you use a Factored Distance for landing. I figure the 55C required 3700 feet for a take-off roll. Not bad,...

He picked the 07/25 runway as there was too much circuit traffic on 16/34 and he didn't want to wait.

FYI Balanced Field on a 55C is 5800 feet at MCTOW. Runway 07/25 is 3400 feet.

I heard Robert Milton is looking to downsize his dreams. He doesn't like the new E-190s so he decided to walk away from the whole lot and invest is some King Airs. I think it will be good for him. No more union headaches. No more work-to-rule pilots. Just fire the ones you don't like. I might be wro...

If you are short final, and SUDDENLY discover you are "too fast or too slow" I wonder what instruments you were staring at down final.... the oxygen gage?

Me think perhaps you may want to pay more attention to your airspeed indicator in a case like that. It is the one in the top left.
