I remember the dispatch exams being free. Also I called a TC Office and they helped me get the study guides. This was approximately five years ago.

Pene was a great lady. I appreciated hers and yours hospitality whenever I was on the Island. Anyone who knew her is sad at her passing but I'm sure that we were all blessed to have known her.

I did Structures at Sault College. Amazing teachers and excellent skills and knowledge. That education has taken me around the country.
