Let's stop demeaning ourselves
"This can happen to ANYONE at one time or another. Consider the CHAIN of events. In an accident, no one is an idiot. Only a teacher for the rest of us. 10,000 hour captains crash planes monthly around the world. It can happen to any one of us at any time. No labels here please." I whole heartedly ag...

Hi all, I know AC Interview topic has been beaten to death and yet here is another quesiton. And this question is with regards to 30 mins. short written exams prior to actual interview panel process. Resume Updates
Thanks Dockjock.
Curious though... If I were to reapply with a different user name, would AC be suspicious or think I am trying to pull a fast one on them?
If that is the only way I can update my resume then it's better that way than not updating my resume at all.
Cheers

Resume Updates
A question regarding resume updates on AC's website. As I was trying to update my resume last night, I found that it won't let me update my resume since I've reached my limit of 100kb the site allows. So I did some research on AvCanada and came up with a tip that said to keep the file name of my res...

Latest rumour is that the results for medical tests take over a month to come back due to blood tests taking longer than usual (it is done in Toronto and of course we know that there are gzillion people living there ). As long as you haven't received a PFO letter within a month or so, then you are p...

I work for a company that flies BE20's for both Air Ambulance and sched runs. On Air Ambulance, we are legal to carry more than one passenger(patient) at a time and I presume all other Air Ambulance companies would fall in the same category. (I am new at Air Ambulance business so I could be wrong) M...

I think the accurate term to describe the "peak" you talked about is "Hubbard's Peak." It's where more than 50% of all the oil in the world has been extracted and the remaining 50% of oil is either very difficult and/or too costly to extract - driving the oil price through the roof. Maybe someone li...

Anyone tried CATS? or Light Speed's latest?
http://pantherelectronics.com/ or http://www.anrheadsets.com/productsL1.asp How does DC's H-20-10 compare with H-10-13.4? Has anyone switched over from DC's H-10-13.4 to BOSE Series "X" and if so, how do you like/dislike it? The company I work for sometimes has us flying more than 7 hours a day and ...
