Re: voyageur bond (think twice)

You should go to the labour board and prove wrongfull dismissal. I know someone who did this in your situation and won.

Also we as Pilots should just say NO to money upfront, there is no reason for an Employee to subsidies his Employer unless he is a Partern.

Pro or Juan?

I attended Juan for my multi/IFR and I'm currently working for an Airline in Ontario.

If you have questions please PM me. I think I can explain my experience getting my IFR and how practical it has been in the real IFR world.

Cheers

Aerocourse notes

Anyone have notes from the ATPL aerocourse. I just have the work book and I thought the notes might clear up some of the questions I'm having trouble with.

If anyone has any info that would help, that would be great.

Thanks

Anyone know what the pay is for the Caravan or Metro. Do they have jump seat agreements and a benifits package?

Why are they looking for so many Pilots?

Anyone working there want to share any info.

Thanks

Missionair!!! Nice ad!

I just saw Missionairs new ad for a PA-31 Pilot. The ad said they will assist the right candidate in [ i] paying out existing training bonds! [/i] So what they are saying is they are willing to stab another company in the back and steal thier employee! This is what is wrong with the industry, its no...

Try ocean air in Victoria they have a 180.

the right attitude

Campanola You have the right attitude, there is so many people that don't realize how lucky we are to live and work in this great country, more Pilots need to experience what you did in places like Africa to really appreciate how great things really are in Canada, even if your working for a sub par ...

Don't do it!!!

This company has a bad track record, I have spoken with ex-employee's of Superior and let's just say the owner is real dirt bag who likes to screw his pilots around. Think about the big picture before you jump into bed with such scum. You will lose respect for yourself and your profession and you wi...

FO on a Single?

Hello I'm looking for advice from all you IFR pilots. I have VFR/PIC time, but no IFR experience. I have an offer to fly right seat with a two crew single engine IFR company. Do you think I can gain the same experience on a single as I would on a twin? Also I would like to find out what you think of...

Single engine FO?

Hello I'm just lookig for some advice on what people think of taking a job as a FO on say a Pilatus or a Caravan? A lot of companies are hiring low time IFR pilots this way and then upgrading them to right seat of a twin down the line. If a person has VFR/PIC experience but no IFR time, would it be ...
