Re: 702 ops
If you are looking on an online form to help you develop your aviation company's manuals, I think you need to have a very serious look at if you should even be working on the project. Do some research and hard work it's not that hard, otherwise hire a consultant. (not picking a fight just being real...

Re: Next Jet ?
A travel agency based out of a hanger office in Vancouver, starting a charter service in Ontario and Quebec, using somebody else"s AOC and planes. Yea that sound about right for the NextJet brand of aviation. People don"t give up their copyrighted brand name unless its making lots of money and they ...

I applied to Sunwing for the non-rated seasonal first officer posting, never heard a word from them, in fact I didn't even get an auto reply that my email was even opened. 10+ years experience 4000+ hours experience in management, leadership, multi-crew, command time, maintenance, turbine and more. ...

Re: Working for free is illegal
Sorry Goldeneagle I should have been more specific in my response that it was from the standpoint of an flight instructor working for an FTU. I would assume from your post that you were incorporated as a business and you were smart enough to educate your self on what was required. So many of today's...

Re: Working for free is illegal
You are most correct my friend the Canadian Revenue Agency says that as a contractor you MUST show income from multiple sources to qualify, otherwise you are considered an employee and the company must make all the appropriate deductions and payments to the CRA. If not they will be fined and so will...

Its the crap pay and working conditions that today's pilots are are lining up for in droves that I don't agree with.
If they pay crap and nobody takes the job then they will have to pay better or improve the conditions to get applicants.

Re: Flight instruction out of own aircraft
If the current batch of pilots/instructors would spend half the time, they spend on trying to get around the regulations (CAR's), on learning the regs and how they work and developing professionally the industry would be a lot better off.
slag away.

Nice new web site. (Check your spelling and grammar)
Always love schools that post pictures of aircraft that they don't have but say they do.
Wonder how the court case turned out? any info on that?
