A lot of the comments I'm seeing here are very shortsighted. Nobody walks into a job and gets the highest pay possible. You have to consider the company potential, and your ability to keep your job. Having a job that gives you a 4% annual increase means that after 5 years someone starting at $75,000...

Mattedfred: We aren't looking for regional guys, we're looking for corporate. In Toronto a Captain on a mid sized corporate aircraft can earn anywhere between $65k - $80k a year.
