Re: Bonds at companies also doing lay offs.
If you are laid off and there is a call back date or callback planned in writting on your layoff paper work you are obligated to return to your employer, that's a matter of labour law. Re: Debt-ridden Wasaya Airways in ‘danger of collapsing’
I lost count of how many times going from Thunder Bay to Fort Hope I had to stop in Lansdown to drop off 2 large pizzas and a bucket of chicken and 2 2l bottles of Pepsi for the Chief. We would stop and drop off boxes and boxes of Tim's doughnuts and coffee (no people). It sounds ridiculous but it'...

Re: A little help from my friends...
Why not keep job hunting while instructing? Especially if it's sporadic, it sounds like you have the time to keep hunting. Unless you're thinking of a road trip of sorts. The only real hiring wave you may have missed is for floats... Overall I'd recommend looking for whatever lifestyle you want. Su...

Re: Debt-ridden Wasaya Airways in ‘danger of collapsing’
This reminds me very much of the same way NACAir went out. Communities thinking that since they are owners bills don't need to be paid. Debt grows and then doors close. Someone asked earlier if the communities or owners were getting monthly profit share, well if you don't pay your bills there really...

Re: ATPL Exams
I do have both the current aerocourse books, I'm just a worrywart and over prep'er.
I was to take the last course but ended up having to work that weekend, no time to wait for the next one as I req my AA's for my current job.
I never feel comfortable before test day
