Your bags may not travel with you.

I've flow with them on a few occations and bags were left behind to travel with Harmony Airways due to load issues.

Who'll be carrying them this year with Harmony out of the picture?

If one was to perhaps type in Air Canada into your search engine, click on the careers link, click on "pilots" and then read.... you'll see exactly what is "required" and what is "preferential". Basic understanding of the english language is also a requirement but it is not stated. Not really rocket...

I used to fly 2 of their now (3 or 4) -400's when they were contracted to Iberia. Felt it went pretty well all round and was offered a course after 3 weeks of waiting. I had a fare amount of flight experience and some high pressure interviews/ Psych/ cog type testing before so I was pretty comfortable with it all. Like KAG said the more exposure to this type of system the better ...

AC new hire benefits?

Just curious if any new hire can let me know how the travel benefits work? Are they made available immediately to the staff member and immediate family or is there a 6 month wait period? I know with many companies they are made available immediately with a 6 month wait period for interline agreement...

July 16th course.

Notified 20 days followng screening. Seems they are tryng to speed up the notification process which is great for all involved.
