I had a fare amount of flight experience and some high pressure interviews/ Psych/ cog type testing before so I was pretty comfortable with it all. Like KAG said the more exposure to this type of system the better ...

Just curious if any new hire can let me know how the travel benefits work? Are they made available immediately to the staff member and immediate family or is there a 6 month wait period? I know with many companies they are made available immediately with a 6 month wait period for interline agreement...
