this is going to sound horribly naive, but why are wages/actual working conditions/expected annual flown hours etc such a goddamned secret from the employer's perspective in this country? You look at so many ads etc in the USA and they've got all the info you need before you even submit a resume. i ...

The ad has been up for at least 2 weeks, and they are insisting pilot be from the area with accomodation already sorted out.
