Re: Shame ,we could not vote for this woman
Stinson, I think you miss the point on whom one should speak too. You don't start at the top with htese guys. You educate from the bottom. I don't think that you would strap a bomb to yourself for a whole bunch of reasons. The people that do buy the rhetoric that the fundamentalists sell are the one...

As was mentioned in the second link, (at the time of reading) over 1 Million people have seen this video. It has even made it to an Aviation forum in Canada. If thats not proliferation of a story...

Re: Boeing 767 More Fuel Efficient than Airbus 330, Analysis
I think there is one other factor in the 767's favour. Being lighter it can operate on smaller and therefore more airstrips than the larger A330. Airbus argues that the A330 can stay on station longer. That arguement can't hold up when the 767 can operate from strips closer to the action.

I Personslly believe that if you are going to use more than 1 seats worth of space, you should pay more. There is however 2 ways for airlines to fix this issue without crossing over the lines of PCness. 1) If you bring more than the allowable baggage, you're charged more, so instead of selling a sea...

I had all four and four cavities done at once. I remeber the dentist telling me when I sat in the chair that we (he) would do one half on my mouth today and the other half in a week. Not liking being in the chair, I told him, nope, do all 8 proceedures now. After he put his eyes back in his head, he...

Ok, I’ve had some time to cool off. What a mess! (edited for web) All the press and public at large seem to be focusing on if the last 30 seconds of a supposed 10 hour episode. So what do I think? Well, the night I saw the video I was fit to be tied. I saw three levels of Gov’t/Authorities fail. 1) ...

How can it be wrong to laugh at that, if they are trying to make you laugh? cudos to them for being able to laugh at themselves, something that most people in life never manage to do. I'll second that. I found it both funny and insperational. Good on them for taking a life sentence in a body that w...

YES if someone is hooked to a respirator they are still alive! no they might not live if the machine was unhooked but that is murder or at least assisted suicide! Ahhh, but again you're making a legal case, and giving an opinion. My question was, Are you alive? I would say no. Living is the ability...

The biggest issue over this issue as has been raised is when does life begin. I look at it this way, and I am no proponent of abortion, but up until the 7th month a fetus cannot sustain life on its own. In a very real sense (ethics aside) it's tumour living off of it's host. Or to look at life on th...

One has to look at several questions here. 1) The employee was fired, so he very well may have an "axe to grind" 2) Does?did the employee have access to all pertanent information? 3) Large companies have been known to play outside of the rules. 4) Large comapnies are interested in only one thing. Br...

A blonde gets on a plane and goes up to first-class. The flight attendant tells her that she will have to move back; her ticket is not for first class.
