It depends on the order in which you did your flying. You have to be legal for the flight you are about to do. It depends what you want. If you want to get to the airlines faster, take the job where you'll fly more hours.
If you're enjoying the journey, take the King Air. PIC time will make you a better pilot and probably pays more. Also, if you eventually decide not to go to the airlines, PIC is king.
