you have covers, right? what kind of bird? probably you know best on what temps you need heat to fire up that bird. i'd take a little generator with you.... do you have a Tanis or other elec heat source you use when at homebase? slush or not i'd lift those skis with a buddy's help if possible. take ...

I'm surprised by the tracker data that you provided a link to... I had no idea! How and why does this get activated for a vfr flight? To what extent will this cover?

You bet all that solo time counts. Especially when you do that 300 miler, two landings etc I learned so much flying the taildragger post ppl... hello folks, have a few questions on hours for working towards the Commercial ticket. i have a PPL now and that is it, no night, no multi... i have the minimum dual hours with only a few added in some emergency/aerobatic, plane check outs,etc. so really not that much. i have lots of PIC time though ...

There would be an equivalent to the gill in other aircraft batteries. do most of these gell filled need an STC to install?
not sure what brand to go with that will mount properly. the one i have is a Gill 25 so it ain't all that small.(physically that is) the Odyssey seem to have good specs, short 5sec at over 600cca
