It's never been disallowed in the CPA. There has never been a non compete clause. There was however the ability for AC to remove aircraft from the CPA on a one for one basis if Jazz found other work. The medical is pretty basic, I just did mine. Its your basic Cat 1 medical stuff along with an audiogram and some blood work. Oh and of course the drug test.
