Nothing's been decided yet - will be ruled on by an arbitrator soon. It's a non issue if the company gets a CRJ 200. If they want another 75 seater it goes to AC and should be an E175. The arbitrator ruled in favour of Jazz (this week I believe). They are permitted to replace the CRJ 200 with a 705.

Some of SAS' Q400s are being reconfigured for 76 seats (from 72). Not sure if this aircraft had been reconfigured yet, but reports suggested that all of rows 4,5 and 6 were evacuated prior to landing.
