Re: Cargo North (North Star Air) Crashes DC3 in PickleLake
Well, is there anyone on this site old enough to know how Frank operates??? Not over gross? You have to be kidding me! Cat, you alluded to it but were trying to be polite I assume. Don't know what happened however, to suggest that the aircraft was not over gross is, well, you haven't been around mu...

Re: Wasaya layoffs?
PC-12  (And not Northstar or Cargo North Either) I believe Kelner has one PC12 in YQT that's available for charter. Not sure if it's theirs or managed for a client. Wasaya has bigger problems than one PC12 doing some charters out of YQT. Wait till that good 'ol polar vortex affect on the wint...

Wasaya layoffs?
Any truth to the rumour that there was another round of layoffs today? Any one particular department affected?

Re: My plane's sinking in the Hudson...
I could even see staying in the plane (like the PC12 example above) if it wasn't sinking.... But this guy had to be told twice to get out because it WAS sinking. And his first call wasn't even for help?

My plane's sinking in the Hudson...
I don't know, maybe it's just me... But if your plane is sinking in a river, isn't your first reaction to GET THE F--k OUT????

Re: Cargo North Basler Turbo 67 for NW Ontario Service
The DC3 that was in Thunder Bay a few weeks ago was Basler's. It was up there for training. Cargo North's machine is supposed to arrive this week and sounds like it will be at the pilatus centre.Gravol wrote:Source said it was parked on the Kelner ramp for a week. Kind of hard to mistake a DC-3

Re: Mazza FIRED. Orgne in receivership
I know Potter and I'm glad he as been given a chance to speak. One of the worst things about this whole situation is the good people that Mazza took down with him... Rick is definitely one of those people. In my opinion, Potter should have been (and still) running Ornge. OK... Go ahead, throw your s...

Re: Mazza FIRED. Orgne in receivership
Mr. Klees... Do you not realize that probably every aircraft you or your family have ever flown on has safety related airworthiness directives issued for it at one time or another? In another story you're quoted as saying you will not fly on these helicopters, even if you are sick... that you would ...
