If the equipment shows 320 vacancies, and you're hired onto the right seat of the 320, are you still held to the 4 years flat pay? or do you head into 2 years flat pay, then formula?

Nope, Other than the fact that the crew did a marvelous job dealing with a severe damage QRC at 500', after ingesting what appeared to be to the crew - several geese..... burnt some fuel off, and landed uneventfully in YYC 45 mins later. Nose took a goose, engine nacelle took one, blades are sheared...
