Really. How many times do you shut down a engine before it's acceptable to punch the AME in the head? Or why don't we ask .. how long do we wait to punch a pilot in the head .. is it after asking the first stupid question or the last . How about we punch them every time they snag something stupid. ...

I don't think that transport will ever set a duty time for mechanics . There is no way that they would say to the operators sorry your ac won't make sked because your maint guys need some sleep .The cost to the operators could be huge . We all know we have worked well past the point of being usefull...

The foaming happens when there is too much snow on the wing and it starts to dilute the deice fliud. The problem with that is it will start to freeze .
