Re: Edmonton PETA Gals Are Fetching.. and Not For Rover
One of these things is not like the other.....one of these things is not the same. There was a reason the Prophet(piss be upon him)promised only 72 little girls to the martyred Shahids... His twenty eight katamites had to be motivated...so he promised 28 little boys... and so are all those PETA guy...

Re: Edmonton PETA Gals Are Fetching.. and Not For Rover
You know, PETA and NOW are the same crazies, like Brigitte Bardot starting up Greenpeace in Blanc Sablon, Quebec, wearing a real Mink fur coat to scuttle the seal hunt, or like NOW changing the name of serial killer of women, the terrorist Gamil Garbi into Marc Lepine (in the whole history of Islam...

Re: Turbine Otters Revisited
It had a full trial on the Otter...was found to be an excellent mix, very effective with a fuel burn same as the beaver and a better load than the piston AND turbine Otter(re fuel burn). Problem was Orenda's core business is building small turbine parts, and this is a turbine killer... So Orenda did...

Ah! Oui???

In early jets and in the Soviet Union for it's duration, they tried to prevent that problem by using JP-4... the helicopters still are... Since you get minus seventy at altitude and kero freeze at -40,(at least the wax in it does) it scared a lot of deskbound designers...they did not think of fricti...

Re: Helmets and Fixed-wing
In the old days, the BLM tried to force us flying CL 215 to wear helmets. We carried them in the airplane...on the floor, in their boxes! Sure, flying a Camel or Airtractor with a helmet make sense, but in all the crashes of the CL 215, wearing a helmet would only meant your head would have rolled a...

the risk of icing up in rare conditions What do they mean "risk"??? All Jet engines ice up ALL THE TIME!!! Every time you go through any kind of cloud at any altitude, the engine cowling lips ice up good, along with the bullet and the guide vanes. The EPR(Engine Pressure Ratio)gauge will then drop,...
