The E site supervisors (F) scale is $72,140- $91,148 as well as some non op positions. Top non op position (G) $79,525-$101,684. Also, on May 1st 2016, you can add 2.5% to all pay scales.

You answered your own question. If you state the name of the ground station, you are directing communications, not broadcasting.

If you start your communications by saying "Boundry Bay Tower...." you're directing communications. If it's "Boundry Bay Traffic...." you're broadcasting. Look, I just saved you time. No need to get back to me or think about it anymore.

I'm pretty sure you don't Marconi. Pretty distinct difference in CAR's between a traffic broadcast and directing communications.

Your radio broaddcasts, you direct communications to the tower. That's the difference.
