Anyone have information regarding WAWCON? I see that they’re accepting applications. Not much information on their website.
Thanks.

Re: Recruiting and Retention Bonus

Screw retention bonuses. 10k a year bonus so what? So that they don't leave for a job south of the border that pays 3x the salary? If they want to recognize the hard work for this summer, pay the pilots now for the work this summer. A bonus with these conditions is just a scam to try and keep peopl...

Re: EnerJet 2.0 = Lynx

Just something new for all the Flair haters to revel in. If Flair does go under it’ll be of their own doing, not because there’s another low cost start up. If Flair continues on its current path, it will eventually fail.

Re: Flair Summer Expansion

My issue with Flair is they fly old heavily used airplanes. Why not sit in a bran new C series ( A220) or Max with a good seat back entertainment system. A little bit of research would show you that Flair currently operates 3 B737-800NGs, I certainly wouldn’t refer to them as "old heavily used airp...

Re: Hiring- B737 FO's CYYZ & CYVR/CYXX

The pay scale is very good for both Captains and First Officers. Enough for a pretty good lifestyle. Is it the best? Probably not, but it definitely isn't the worst. Plus the people are really great there and work very hard to make it a successful airline. And to see a job posting there is a really ...

Re: Vacation passangers age and health demographic

Convid 19 Considering the old age and unhealthy demographic of a lot of sunspot vacation passengers, will the vacation world return to normal. A lot of passangers heading to Cuba and Florida are old and a lot are just straight up unhealthy with all kinds of issues. Often times I look at some and th...

Re: Are recently laid off pilots hireable

Depends on the company. Why would Cargojet hire a lower time non jet pilot when they can hire a high time boeing pilot who will have no issues with training or line indoc and can be online in a minimal amount of time? Thye might only get them for 6 months but the spike in demand for cargo might onl...
