Just ignore this Kafuco character. Based on his previous remarks he has some bitterness towards ATC, which resembles either a SHL reject or a Nav Can CT. I'm going with the SHL reject...Either way..."What a loser".

Generic YVR check out rate is more like 70% since the first course 3.5 years ago. My rough calculation has 15 of 21 qualifications up to this point.
