What's the typical float and multi time for new FOs when they're hired by KBA on the Twin Otter?

I finally heard back from one operator that said they have hired float pilots with and without a 50hr course. The impression I got from the email is that it is possible to get a job with only the 7hr rating, but 50hrs definitely won't hurt.

I emailed several operators, and I only got a response from one and they never really answered the question either.

I'm working on my CPL now, and I am going to do my Float Rating. I'm curious if it's worth doing a 50hr float course. How much difference will it make to employers if I can say I have 50hrs floats on a C172?
