Wanted: Used copy of the Air Command Weather Manual

Hello,

I am a cheap pilot looking for a used copy of the air command weather manual. I had bought one six or seven years
ago and I gave it to a fellow pilot.......the problem is I don't remeber who I lent it to. If anyone is selling this please reply.

Thx

Thanks a lot for all your advise. I did look at the flight bag on ebay.....thanks a lot. And thanks for the info on the leather store in Barrie. I recently purchased a flight bag from Scott's Leather (no I do not have a sugar momma, nor am I rich). I was really tossing the idea of buying the 150 dol...

Highlander,

I wouldn't worry to much about it (I know its tough). Rumour has it there are no courses in August so things might take a little longer. It's summer time and a lot of people are probably on holidays.

Best of luck

Why are people failing their medical with mainline?

Maybe someone could shed some light on the medical for me (mainline). I seem to hear of a lot of people failing the medical. What exactly are they failling? Is it mostly the liver enzymes? Also, if so do you get a retest? and how do they contact you if you do fail?

Cheers

I'm new to this whole passes thing......so bare with me. Is it just one person that can fly with your passes without you being there? If so what about your parents? Do you have to use buddy passes with them? And if so I guess you would have to accompany them?

Cheers

Dick,

The six month restriction has been removed on passes?? Is this with mainline new hires? Also, is this just for yourself or starts immediately for your family as well.

Cheers

AC requires a certified logbook

Folks, AC asks you to bring in a certified logbook. The problem is that my present employer is not aware that I have an up coming interview (for obvious reasons) and therefore I will not ask my chief pilot to certify my logbook. Can you sign it yourself? What is the rule? Does anyone know the deffin...
