You're right, but you'd have to fly 14 days in a row to get that. So far from what I've seen, the average block holder flies 14-16 days per month.

I did my medical the day after the sim and got "the call" about a week and a half later. The whole process from interview to GS took about 4 weeks. I know that lately things have been taking longer.
