just hiring for the pilot pool right now as it is slow. getting interviews out of the way just in case it gets real busy then they dont have to run around.

the jets are used for executive charters. one is company owned and one is operated for a private onwer. they hire from within first and then look outiside the company. sched is just like any other 24 hour charter company and pay is decent.
