Can someone please explain the duties of person responsible for maintenence? For a person with no experience whatsoever where is the best place to get information on the role of PRM?

I have not started with the school yet and the cost of checkouts has not been mentioned. I want to know how to handle the question when it arises. I do appreciate the feedback though.

If a new Instructor starts with a school and they have not been checked out on all aircraft types is it their responsibility to pay for this or is it normal for the school to pay? Any advice appreciated.

Yes, I agree, I have been to Okotoks in the past and really regret it.
The staff appear totally lazy and uninterested, the aircraft were rather tatty. Customer service is or at least was totally non existent. This was a few years ago, dont know if things have changed down there.

Does anyone know of any Class 4 positions out there?
I will probably be starting a road trip throughout Alberta and BC withing the next week but any useful leads would be appreciated.
