Their ad says they're looking for one pilot... then it says 300+ hours. I'm gonna assume that means how many hours you'd fly in a season???

piloterror, legoman's right, it will be hard to convert to a south african license... unless you are south african or you're married to one. your best bet hands down is Botswana (Maun) or Tanzania.
