Good quote, 2R. That's the model that Canada traditionally used, when we were peace-keepers and Quebec was part of Canada and the word 'entitlement' had not been invented yet. Death, destruction and gang wars are now just headlines and the "hang 'em high" crowd are just knee-jerk, non-thinking me-f...

Every human life is precious and i hate to hear about unneeded deaths so i ask you all , WHY do we need to be in Afghanistan? Why are we training folks to fight and kill and then go to another countries internal squabbles? Why do we call the dead soldiers "heros" when they KILL and are KILLIED and ...

Why does a murder deserve freedom? I really do not understand the purpose of letting killers free, and the statistical chances of re-offending really should not be the issue. Some crimes warrant rehabilitation but NOT MURDER that is just nonsense, lock em up and throw away the key, no expenses spar...

If a life sentence meant just that, life, then in my opinion for most criminals that is a far greater punishment than death. my real issue is with the Canadian justice system who seem hesitant to punish criminals as harshly as they have trea...

Habit, We fall from the same tree. I have a .40 caliber solution to the prison overpopulation problem. However, what part of what Wilbur and I are saying do you not understand? This asshat will not see the light of day for a very long time. Most likely longer than if he was found guilty of murder. ...
