Re: Has anyone worked for Kenora Air Service?

If you have issues with the Hornet's posts, take them up with him.

The thread here is whether you have worked for KAS, not some witch hunt.

If you worked for KAS say so, if not carry on.

Re: Has anyone worked for Kenora Air Service?

My friend who was a pilot there said kind of the same thing ... maintainence was iffy at best. I know they have a lot of junk out back of the hangar they use for parts. I also was told that the cook who worked at one of thier camps got screwed for wages.

Re: Has anyone worked for Kenora Air Service?

I just heard the best news about Kenora Air. They now have a terrific guy as the chief pilot by the name of Glen..... As long as you can keep MJ away from the office, .... Your kidding right. You must be related to Cranston .... Keeping MJ away from the breakfast table would be easier ...... :smt008

Re: Has anyone worked for Kenora Air Service?

Well I guess this is not a good place to be negative about another company. Kenora would be a nice place to spend the season flying. I passed through there last summer and stopped by and chatted with a few of the dock hands. They told me the guy flying the Otter was a real company kiss ass ... ratte...

Re: first year float wages (bush)

Well if you are tired of getting screwed stay away from Kenora Air Service. Between the lousy wages, junk aircraft, Benny The Snitch and all the other clowns you will find in the organization you will want to pass on working there. I have seen BIG MJ come running out of the warf office sreaming at t...

Re: Beech 18.... End of an era?

Cat Driver let me quote a favourite of mine " IGNORANCE IS JUST A LACK OF PERSONAL AMBITION; STUPIDITY IS CONGENITAL" I believe this one is at the bottom of your post, guess that makes you somewhat congenitaly stupid. When I posted "my" opinion of the Beech I wasn't looking to be insulted by some li...

Re: Beech 18.... End of an era?

Cat Driver and T-Cat obviously you 2 guys are very low time ..... Let me know how well you survive the accident when you loose a fan at 50ft, gross weight on a hot day with a 100 ft obstical. If you had bothered (or understood) what you were reading when you looked at the performance graphs you woul...

Re: Beech 18.... End of an era?
