schnitzel2k3: How exactly would having a tower at YSB reduce holds when the weather is at minimums??

E-S means east to south. Directions in Remarks always go clockwise, so if it was E-W it would be east through south to west. East and South would be E+S.

The way it was explained to me (many moons ago) was that the VOLUME of blood is replaced very quickly by your body, but it takes much longer for the HEMOGLOBIN (which carries the oxygen in your blood) to be replaced. So flying at altitude would affect you much more.
