Yes, precisely. In legal regards this can be pinned against the airline as negligence.

Yes there is W&B on the Saron. If I remember correctly, the B1900 was used as an example on mine.

According to some news sources, the fighter pilots were able to witness 2 people (either crew or pax) attempting to gain control of the aircraft before it spiraled and crashed.

Re: Medical Question

Now before you jump all over me, let me explain. The only reason I'm asking is that some jackass at a party lit up a "fatty" right next to me and I couldn't help but inhale a little before I ran away. I know it sounds unvelievable but its true. I swear. Almost as good as saying you got pushed, trip...

Uploading Resume to Air Canada - Limit Reached

I have seen this issue come up in past discussions but has anyone determined a way to remove attachments to make room for updated resumes when the file limit of 5 documents has been reached on Air Canada's Job Application site? I find it kind of hard to believe that once you reach 5 you don't have t...

I did this. You will be applying for a Class 4 flight instructor rating in Canada (thats where they start). Unless things have changed since I did it, the CARS say 30hrs of flight training and 25hrs of ground training. The CARS also say if you hold a flight instructor rating in another contracting s...

Not sure about other Countries but in the US, 1500hrs is 1500hrs, ie right seat time in a multi-crew aircraft counts towards the ATP.

ELT in RDU

Anyone fly in or out of RDU today? About 75NM NE of the airport on the arrival at about 1830 EST there was an ELT signal that everyone was picking up. Eventually we caught some chatter on 121.50, an aircraft made contact with another apparently on the ground somewhere and not at an airport, they wer...
