The a/c are not new but not that old
TCN averages 16000 and 37000 hrs
CSN averages 9000 and 50000 cyc

What does evervbody think a good ratio of mechs to a/c should be for a operation of 6 large turbo prop and 3 small turbo prop a/c.

So if i was a E6 engineer/crew chief with three endorsements i would be making 28.59 plus 5.00 plus 3.00 for a total of 36.59 an hour.

I know that the fact that the bolts are hollow makes them a hell of alot easier to change as you just insert a bullet in the hollow end and drive the old ones out and the new ones in .Makes for a fast wing bolt change when they are done one at a time.

Air Creebec has 3M belly tape on the bottom it is almost level with the bottom of the pax door when applied. They have it on the B1900 as well.

In order to legally maintain your newly acquried toy you will need the most current m/m with updated amendments for your 1966 a/c.Unfortunatly you will have to contact a piper dealer to obtain this manual. And when you probably spent 22k to 28k on the a/c it makes sence to spend a hundred are so for...
