Go tell a Tindi rampie they're going to hire some FO's and watch them freak out. WHAT?! why should rampies be pissed when they hire outsiders to fill flying positions?! Because the outsiders actually had the balls to go out and bust some ass and build some time?? how does throwing bags improve your...

Re: Perimeter Aviation
Actually JAC you are under the wrong impression. It is not uncommon for direct hire to right seat and bypass the ground stuff as long as you have some decent time. That's why I said correct me if I'm wrong... I had a buddy who worked there and that's what he told me. He was on the ground at the tim...

Re: Hiring 2009 predictions
However, regionals and majors in the states have begun to recall furloughs and most of the red that was seen in fall has now turned to neutral yellow on many career outlooks. I think we are beginning to see a light at the end of a dark tunnel. unless i am being too optimistic. Whats all this talk ab...

CMA is a joke. They expect you to have an atpl with a couple thousand hours of turbine time but they give you shit money for it. Do they not realize that their FO's are well below the poverty line?

A year ago regionals in the states were hiring guys onto Q-400's with 250hrs. However that seems to be slowing down a bit. Living conditions suck down there and $19k a year is hard to live on but I would rather time build on a RJ then a sketchy navajo gig up north. Whats the prediction for hiring do...
