It also notes at the bottom, stall speeds are with power off. I find it highly unlikely one would be doing a 60 degree bank turn with power at idle. Therefor the stall speeds should decrease by a factor of the power setting. I would have to agree. Remember the pitch attitude (AOA) changes with powe...
