it's important to understand that having an attractive CSR gal is as much a safety concern as it is customer service concern. Picture this......a lonely handsome pilot comes into the airport after flying all night, braving the harshest wx for the sake of humanity. He gets out of his a/c and wearily ...

The greatest difficulty comes in when you begin to cross the emotion boundaries that readily exist between CSR and customer. As you watch her work, there can tend to be a level of admiration develope for how much she can pull, eat, sweat, drink etc..........You may begin to have thoughts of wanting ...

There is a benefit to havin' a larger gal as a CSR. If you could get a harnass made for her she could back up to the challenger and move it around the ramp saving the tug for the smaller a/c that pull in........this would be safe on the environment and all that would be required would be a " weiner"...

As an FBO manager......if you must insist on hiring the big gal in sweat pants, that when she walks it looks like there are two pigs wreastlin in the sack......at least go out of your way to make her feel comfortable behing the desk. Once she nestles into the chair she ain't movin' and she'll get re...

Tail..........Once the female gender get a hold of you....you're gonna be missin' yours. Once again I must admit that a little mustard on the chin is a nasty sight at the end of a long leg. Honestly though, as long as the thighs don't meet at the knee all hope is not lost  Headin' south....qu...

CAT I believe you are right.....now that I think about it I may have been thinking about something else. Funny thing there Cat, a collegue and I were commenting that the older we get, the more time that accumulates in the log book and different types we've flown.......I have no desire any more to ta...

[quote] I was under the understanding from previous situations that family members holding these positions in the same company was considered a conflict of interest. TC should have been all over those guys for holding those positions in the company and watched them very carefully. I guess the fish a...

Big Bird Anonumous...... I am baffled how the defence will even present this case. Once the CARS req are stated and the case is presented I think the jury or whom ever it is will roast this guy alive....maybe temp insanity. There do seem to be things that just don't add up for pete's sake....like wh...

Flying Nuwf, I am finding your comments lacking in depth...flippant if you will. This industry is going down hill because we have insufficient accountability for the positions of responsibility that we hold. You look up the CARS definition of CP and tell me what it says he is responsible...I know pe...

Ok every one. Here is what I think should happen. 1. The pilot should be tried in a court of law, criminally. He should be given a fair trial with everything laid on the table. A jury should determine his fate. 2. The CP and OPS MNGR should be delt with by TC resulting in a heavy fine of some sort (...

Ok.....lets assume for a moment that he miscalculated the time req to do the trip....just like we all have done at somepoint in the past. Or he ran into unseasonable headwinds etc...What I have done in this situation once I realized that I was going to be lower on fuel than I had planned or wasn't g...

Cat....I 110% agree with you on this issue. TC has on many occasions proven their incompetence in CARS interpretation scenarios.....and demonstrated pure and simple concern only for their own liability than anything else. It's almost as if they think they exist only and soley for themselves.....they...

Absolutley......I think the pilot would never have done what he did unless there was pressure from above.....or at least a culture that was propogated from above. The CP and OPS MNGRs were cognizant of all that was going on there at the time. They could all share the same cell....:) Flying newf........

FLYING NEWF..... You've got me pissed off now. Before you start defending someone why don't you personalize it a bit. Would you still feel the same way if your mother or wife or family was on board the plane? Before you piss in everyones cornflakes step back and take an objective point of view...if ...
