Re: Pilots Support Retirement

And I quote,"The issue is solely one of an employer and a union being able to legally dictate, via contract, that those who choose to keep working beyond an arbitrary age not of their own choosing must seek alternative employment to do so." So let me get this straight that you imply the company and ...

Re: CHRT Remedy Ruling?

The least of your worries would be some grammatical errors made in haste !! It has become very obvious that the individuals defending this 60 ruling have very little quality of life outside of their ego !! ;) point in being that you all knew exactly what you signed up for in your early years of empl...

Re: CHRT Remedy Ruling?

Funny how for the 30+ years prior to now it has been OK for pilots to retire at the age of 60, and now it is not !! For the previous 30+ years that you agreed to a collective agreement with age 60 as a known and accepted retirement age !! Let me ask you this, when you signed up at the ripe young age...

Re: CHRT Remedy Ruling?

Evening boys !! Can we all band together and say that history has shown an absolute ability of a group to persuade, persevere and influence others in the protection of the senior position !! The young have paid dearly for the protection of the top hat over the years, and that IS the only reason that...

The Norseman was kind of like a love hate relationship ie/ you loved what you were doing but as soon as you got on the float at o dark early you ...

Just an opinion

Over the years flying floats I've always believed that hard work will be rewarded with good companies with some time on bigger and better. Keep in mind that you should work for your name, and your name will find the companies through word of mouth !! Beaver time was the best time and the most enjoya...
