getting lazy

I've been flying for a few years now and am getting pretty comfy with the radio. Diamond aircraft

Does anyone have any opinions on Diamond, good or bad? Are they good to work for? Can I move up in the company? Would working for them building planes be a good stepping stone for me as a pilot? Ect.
