In my opinion, the AC selection process doesn't weight enough TOWARDS experience. With due respect, when I fill out the AC application, it asks for a lot of general info (schools, training), but very little on the hard flight time data. There are only a few boxes that ask for flight times - the MPIC...

What about getting a new license booklet when your current one expires? Those booklets are going to be mighty expensive to reprint every couple of years just to adjust the date of your IFR.

Anybody have any good links or commercial products I can buy that are good study reviews for job interviews for 705/704/703 operators. I'd prefer the type of material that is an overview and quick summary of pertinent regulations, operating procedures, etc, versus books like The Turbine Pilot's Flig...
