You need to have current manuals for all types on your AMO rating or alternatively with your PMI's agreement you must have letters of agreements with other AMOs or AOC's who have the manuals to let you borrow or access as needed. I heard that Quikair's owners are involved somehow with Alta Flights hence the movement of aircraft between the two.

Word was that Quikair was gonna go public, maybe the bankruptcy play is by design. . . .kinda like a phoenix. . .here today, gone tomorrow.. . .back again next week. . .

I would certainly avoid Dynamic, . . .the company setting up base in Calgary is Peace Air. . .I would suggest you call Dave Couch at Peace River and talk to him. . .overall a good company.

They require more routine maintenance, i.e., inspection intensive, seem to have less snags, but when they do they can be doozies. . .

Loud engines, -10s and -12s but if they are rigged right then they're generally OK til next change

The reason of course is because CARs requires it.
Also depends on the capability of the repair organisation, make sure they can do the job legally, ie it is covered by the scope of their setup.
