Re: What do you drive to work?
2013/14 took a 2001 Saturn with a new battery and winter tires, out to an oil rig off of a logging road just after a blizzard, from Vancouver to Whitecourt. Two tire tracks in the deep snow for an hour out to camp. Left it there for two weeks, fired up ready for days off. Back and fourth from Whitec...

Re: Drone pilot wanted: Starting salary $100,000
Diadem you're right about them asking for more than required and I should know better than to assume about wages. It wasn't until I saw a UAV near the approach path, short final into Vancouver that I thought they should be regulated and a PPL is good, at least than there is an understanding of the r...

Re: Drone pilot wanted: Starting salary $100,000

Re: Propwash Rant
Why is a Nanchang 45degrees diagonally in a square run up bay? seems like it would take up more room, especially if wind doesn't matter during run up.

I just moved to Castlegar for the killer night life and to work.
Are there any instructors out here. I need to finish off my PPL and I think I would benefit from flying out here.
Cheers
