Re: WestJet Agreement 2.0
blahblah-why don't you leave-blahblah - typical Here is the deal: Rampies. I meant them no disrespect. I was justtrying to say that pilots, more than most any other group (mtce excluded) are in it for the long haul. I like TAC. They are hard working and do a great job. But point to one who's here fo...

Re: WestJet Agreement 2.0
Make no mistake this 2.0 is a reaction to the shitshow number 1 caused. Mgmt got caught tried to slide one over (and our reps helped them) so now they are trying to smooth it over. Re: Owners no more?
That was a bad thing for Durf to say: "Look at everyone else." You can't have it both ways buddy, you want us to not be like the other guys but then you want to compare us to them when it suits your needs? I don't think so. It looks like management had a big scare with Agreement 1.0 and they are try...

Rick was a class act, bar none. One of the finest men I have ever had the pleasure to share a flight deck with. He will be missed.

Re: Difference between the WJPA and an actual Union?
Let's assume you are a union rep and you get a call at 07:00 in the morning that one of your pilots had just reported to work and was found to be drunk. Tests confirmed that his blood to alcohol level was at 0.24 (3 x the legal driving limit). Also, the pilot thereafter confesses that he was partyi...

Excellent post. Nail hit squarely on the head of why pilots are their own worst enemies.

Re: 'selective minority' best watch their six
Azure , why the need to speak for your husband? Did he lose a set on the way to the keyboard? I mean, does the agreement have to be acceptable to him, or to you? Have you ever worked at an airline? Just curious. Just curious what you think are acceptable pilot employment terms. Go on. Enlighten us....
