I'm thinkin', if you have to ask about the red pass procedure you probably don't need one and I doubt very much that any one on a private board would be willing to show how the procedure could be circumvented - at least I would hope that would be the case.

Rudder pedal extensions are available for c-172's. The Calgary Flying Club has a couple of sets. They are quite expensive but worth it for the vertically challenged. The PRM there could probably provide you with a part number if you wished to order them or call Cessna directly.
