Re: Air Labrador

The latest rumor, is that they are trying to get out of the business.... not to be sold to Provincial Airlines but rather Air Inuit. Don't buy your time! Move to NWO (ie Red Lake, Kenora) and knock on doors until someone gives you a dock job. Work your ass off and they should give you 50-100 hours in the season. Then the following year they might give you a full time flying spot. The best time to be up here is now.

With 280 hours on floats, you don't need a roadtrip you just need a phone this year.

LG makes really nice laptops. Toshiba is good depending on what model your buying tecra, protege, sate...

I've heard lots of good stuff about this company. Does anyone know if they have a website, I've been surfing for it but can't come across anything.

I hope the conservatives get the majority. Although I'm voting NDP, I live in NW Ontario and the conservatives don't have a chance in hell winning here. I'm gonna help the ndp beat the liberals so they atleast there will be one less liberal riding. I'd like to vote conservative but its a throw away ...

Write the exams, it won't hurt. Plus, a 1000 hour pilot with ATPL exams written is an excellent candidate to be hired as a rampie.

I can understand wasaya hiring captains outside if the FO's they have aren't ready to be upgraded. But why would they go outside for FO's when they have rampies wanting to fly.
