Is there anyone in the Ottawa area that would be interested in a flying buddy to do some Multi flying? I am a commercial pilot with approx 500hrs looking to try something different.

I was just wondering if any of you have any time proven techniques to orientate yourself to a new field(multiple runways) while airborne.....for example finding 06L as you approach so you can plan circuit entry, etc. I have used the DG in the past.....any thoughts.

No apologizes...I am not a "wings qualified airforce pilot" ......after my fall from grace I actually went into the Army and haven't looked back.
