Re: AIR CANADA TO COMMENCE TORONTO CITY AIRPORT FLIGHTS IN F
Apparently they"ll start with 5 aircrafts, they need 4 a day ( I supposed 1 spare to start with ). 3 aircafts out of YUL on the morning, 1 out of YTZ. 15 flights a day from monday to friday. A little bit less on week-ends. 3/4 of the crews based out of YUL. Looking now for 34 pilots. The contract wi...

Re: Rotations

Re: Viking Proposes Resurrection Of DHC-5 Buffalo
Sorry bzhpilot, the prototype started life as this ex-TMA machine: Thanks... My point was more with the fact that they came up with "A" twin otter ( yes called a demonstrator )even it might not have come out of a production factory line... As for education, I'm a pilot, so I don't have one and will...

Re: Viking Proposes Resurrection Of DHC-5 Buffalo
Viking haven't produced a Twin Otter yet. They need to concentrate on getting that done first. I second that! Looking for some free press or what? So far all they have done is pull a '74 TO out of the bush and rebuild it to the new specs. NOT 1 has yet to be built from scratch and i really wonder i...

Pour moi Vref c'est 1.3 Vso, 50 pieds au dessus du seuil de piste.
J'ai trouvé 2 liens, pas forcément convaincant mais aucun ne fait référence au toucher de roue à Vref.

This is true the 3 new painted were grounded. They received a flight permit within the next hour to get the problem fixed in T bay. Those aircraft are back online. The parts were NOT replaced by "painters" but by FAA certified mechanics. They were then inspected by our own AME before we picked the a...

I have worked on the ramp for a few year at an aicraft handling company. We had "the chance" to empty the shitter and fill up the lavs after that. We would put, ourself, that "blue "product that you find in any other lav + some water from that dirty hose, inside the truck tank and that's what we wou...
